The Government No.3 Drain outlets into the Sydenham River in the South 1/2 of Lot 13, concession 12(Former Sombra Township), within the Township of St. Clair. The work includes:
All work shall be in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents. The Municipality reserves the right to delete all or portions of the work. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. |
