The work is located in the Wilkesport Community Park, in Wilkesport Ontario. The work includes the construction of a new field house building, site preparation, site services and restoration of damaged areas. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation. |
