Description: 

The work is located at three distinct sites within the Township of St. Clair: Port Lambton Main SPS (4406 McDonald Street, Port Lambton), Sombra Main SPS (3538 St. Clair Parkway, Sombra), and Industrial Park SPS (426 Polymoore Drive, Corunna).  The work includes the supply of material, labour, and equipment for the complete construction of works in accordance with the accompanying plans and contract documents. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following:

a.  Structural repairs to three existing wet wells, including the replacement of ladders, platforms, process piping, anchors and other miscellaneous works.

b.  Associated bypass pumping.

c.  Power washing.

d.  New bypass structure to be installed at the Industrial Park site.

e.  Pre-purchased pumps to be installed at the Sombra and Industrial Park sites.

f.  Pre-purchased control panels to be installed at each site.

g.  Other miscellaneous mechanical and electrical work
