Part ‘A’

The works are located on the west side of St. Clair Parkway, at the intersection of Oil Springs Line, and just north of Bickford Line, in the Township of St. Clair.

Generally, the work includes:

1. 1. 1. Removal of the existing asphalt shoulder and granular base
      2. Placement of new granular base and HL-3 asphalt shoulder
      3. All restoration to complete the works

Part ‘B’

The work is located in Cruikshank Park, between Lyndoch Street and Beresford Street, in the Village of Corunna, in the Township of St. Clair.

Generally, the work includes:

1. Sweeping and removal of weeds and debris from existing trail surface
2. New HL-3 asphalt overlay
3. All restoration to complete the works

Part ‘C’

The work is located at the Courtright fire hall on Eighth Street, in the Village of Courtright, in the Township of St. Clair.

Generally, the work includes:

1. Removal of existing asphalt and granular materials
2. Grading and compaction of granular base
3. Placement of new HL-3 asphalt surface

Part ‘D’

The work is located at two parks, Willows (north of Oil Springs Line), and Branton Cundick (south of Wilkesport Line), along St. Clair Parkway in the Township of St. Clair, as shown on the drawings provided.

Generally, the work includes:

1. Removal of existing granular materials
2. Placement of new HL-3 asphalt surface
3. All restoration to complete the works

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions.

The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
