The work is located on Queen Street and Riverside Drive, both in the Village of Port Lambton within the Township of St. Clair.

The work includes:

  1. Site preparation, excavation and restoration
  2. Bypass pumping
  3. Removal and disposal of existing pumping station equipment and appurtenances
  4. Installation of new valve chambers
  5. Installation of new pre-selected equipment

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. 

The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
