The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to retain a qualified Engineering Consultant for the provision of all detailed design, regulatory approvals, tendering, contract administration, project management, inspection, testing, etc. to complete the planned replacements of the following structures:

• Marshy Creek Bridge (Structure 56) - Located on Ward Line between St. Clair Parkway and Baseline Road

The successful Consultant shall be required to complete the preliminary and detailed design of the project(s) including site survey, geotechnical investigation, compiling all drawings and documents, performing investigations in which the Consultant deems necessary, securing all permits and approvals from regulatory agencies, detailed dewatering plans for each site, developing the contract and tender for the project, contract management and site inspection activities. The Township of St. Clair will be responsible for the procurement of the tender through the online bidding system.
