The work is located at three different river park locations in the Township of St. Clair they are Guthrie park, Willow park and Branton Cundick park.

Please see the detailed scope of work within the attached drawings. 

In general, the work includes:

1. Removal of the roof
2. Removal of specific interior walls (site specific)
3. Filling in the hole at the base of the walls and repairing cracks and voids in the blocks
4. Preparing the top of the existing walls for the new roof
5. Building and installing the new sloped roof complete with flashing, eaves and downspouts
6. Painting the building inside and out
7. Removing the wooded privacy partitions (site specific)
8. Installing the plumbing and electrical 
9. Installing the accessible washroom features.
10. Pulling electrical and plumbing permits. Building permit has been issued in accordance to the drawings. 

The electrical and plumbing layouts are not included in the building package. The drawings show the location of the plumbing fixtures. Some sites will require more work. The lighting is required to be on motion sensors and the doors are required to be programmed to lock automatically overnight. 

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to familiarize themselves, and/or their sub-contractors, with the existing site conditions. 

The Municipality will NOT be responsible for any extra costs that may result from failure to complete an existing site investigation.
