St. Clair Township is seeking proposals from qualified proponents for developing an updated Asset Management Plan, following the requirements of the Ontario Asset Management Regulations, O.Reg. 588/17, Section 6 Asset Management Plans, Proposed Level of Service and with the Township’s approved Asset Management Policy. The selected consultant will provide services to initiate and manage the project, engage the public, and gather the necessary data to produce the updated Asset Management Plan. The updated AMP should encompass all municipal assets and evaluate the Township’s risks, asset performance, lifecycle management, and financial strategy to maintain current service levels while incorporating proposed levels of service for all municipal assets.
