St. Clair Township is issuing this Notice of Planned Procurement to advise the market of a planned Request for Proposal (RFP) for design and construction services for the Courtright Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) expansion project that will be procured via a Progressive Design Build delivery model.
A progressive design build (PDB) delivery model will be utilized for this project. Details of the RFP requirements are being finalized and will be provided to prospective bidders through the Township Bids and Tenders portal. An RFP Evaluation template will be provided as part of the documents so proponents will be aware of how they are being evaluated. It is anticipated that the RFP documents will be posted on Bids and Tenders in Q1 of 2025. |
